We provide complimentary standard shipping for all orders within Australia. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. For more details, refer to our shipping policy.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, our shipping is limited to Australia. We're actively working to include international destinations soon. Subscribe to our mailing list to stay updated and receive special offers.
When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia within 1 business day of order confirmation. Standard delivery typically takes 2-8 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 1-2 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
How can I track my order?

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, and tags are attached. Free returns are available for customers in Australia. Please see our refund policy.

How do I care for my leather bag?
Our pebbled leather is durable and relatively resistant to scratches. Keep your bag dry, clean it with a damp cloth, apply leather conditioner every 3-6 months, and store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
