Warranty
We stand by the quality of our products and offer a one-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and manufacturing. If your product has any issues within this period, we’ll repair or replace the item or its defective part with a comparable alternative at no cost.
What's covered:
- Defects in material or manufacturing within one year of purchase.
Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, stains, or natural material aging.
- Damage caused by improper care, misuse, neglect, accidents, or abuse.
- Repairs or modifications made without authorisation.
- Personal items carried in the bag that sustain damage.
How to Make a Warranty Claim:
- Contact us at hello@melija.com.au with your proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).
- If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to return the item.
Limitation of Liability:
MELIJA’s responsibility under this warranty is strictly limited to repairing or replacing defective products. This warranty is provided in place of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a specific purpose.
